Do you handle my personal financial information (credit card #) and is this held at servers on romanandbenjamin.com?
All of our credit card processing is handled through CCBill, and none of your personal financial information is held on our servers.
Will there be an affiliate or referral program?
Our Referral Incentive program is active. Currently our Referral Rate is 25% of the initial sign up price. You can click the link for webmasters in the menubar at the top of the page to signup and get banner and link codes.
How can we book you for a special event?
Use the contact us form within the website. Make sure that you let us know all of the information regarding your event. We often make personal appearances.
Are the Message Forums free to both members and non members?
Yes the Forums are available for everyone at no cost and are outside of membership subscriptions.
Will my subscription membership username and password work on the message forums?
You must register seperately for the message forums. While you may choose to have your username and password be identical to that of your subscription to the members area of the site, purchasing a membership and creating a username and password does not automatically register you for the message forum. Since this is free to everyone it is a separate username system from the Members area at RomanAndBenjamin.com.
